Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Most orders take approximately 5–10 business days to arrive at your doorstep after completion of fulfillment.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

High-Volume Order Notice

During high-volume sales periods, product launches, or major holidays, processing and shipping times may take longer than intended. We appreciate your patience and understanding as our team works hard to get your gear to you as quickly as possible.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@cheekygnomes.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
